Wherever you are. Make small adjustments to make yourself more comfortable. Try to relax all the muscles in your body, from your toes all the way to your forehead. Soften each muscle. Lay down on the floor very slowly and then lift one leg and one arm. Remember all the muscle structures that intervene to accomplish these movements.

▻ Repeat the same exact action, but this time mentally.

✧ Variation: choose a different action and repeat with and without the object. You could dress and undress with and without clothes. You could sit, pick up something from the floor..etc.
